2024年3月，正通油氣又迎來(lái)了復(fù)工的激情時(shí)刻。人力資源肩負(fù)著保障員工權(quán)益、優(yōu)化人力資源配置的重任。我作為其中一員深感責(zé)任重大，在擁有壓力的同時(shí)也賦予了我工作的動(dòng)力，對(duì)此我充滿信心。
復(fù)工之際，我摒棄了長(zhǎng)假帶給我的“懶散”，以最快的速度調(diào)整工作狀態(tài)，以飽滿的熱情投入到工作中。我深知生產(chǎn)施工是一個(gè)需要團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作、精益求精的行業(yè)，每一個(gè)崗位都至關(guān)重要。因此，我和我的團(tuán)隊(duì)立足本崗位，加強(qiáng)與各個(gè)部門的溝通與協(xié)作，確保各項(xiàng)工作能夠順利進(jìn)行。
在復(fù)工的過(guò)程中，我們注重提升員工的專業(yè)技能和素質(zhì)，組織了一系列的培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)，涵蓋了鉆井技術(shù)、安全操作等多個(gè)方面。通過(guò)培訓(xùn)，不僅增強(qiáng)了員工們自身的技能水平，還提高了對(duì)工作的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解，為公司的發(fā)展注入了新的活力。

人力培訓(xùn)工作我們始終遵循“走出去、請(qǐng)進(jìn)來(lái)”的模式。為了讓培訓(xùn)更有影響力，我們邀請(qǐng)政府有關(guān)部門來(lái)公司對(duì)員工進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)，使員工的綜合素質(zhì)進(jìn)一步得到提高，讓其在工作中更能發(fā)揮“學(xué)以致用”的作用。
公司也注重激發(fā)員工的工作熱情和創(chuàng)造力。我和我的團(tuán)隊(duì)鼓勵(lì)員工提出自己的意見(jiàn)和建議，積極參與到工作中。通過(guò)集思廣益，最大程度解決了工作中存在的難題，提高了工作效率和質(zhì)量。
我和我的團(tuán)隊(duì)，在公司復(fù)工的期間，全身心的投入到工作中，這不僅展現(xiàn)了對(duì)這份工作的熱愛(ài)，也是對(duì)這份工作的投入和責(zé)任，為此，我內(nèi)心深處體會(huì)到了莫大的成就感，看著各崗位、各工序順利開(kāi)展，我們的努力沒(méi)有白費(fèi)。

In March 2024, Zhengtong Oil & Gas ushered in the exciting moment of resumption of work. Human resources shoulder the important task of protecting employees' rights and interests and optimizing human resources allocation. As one of them, I deeply understand the heavy duty. While experiencing pressure, it also gives me the motivation to work, in which I am full of confidence.
When I returned to work, I abandoned the slacking off that I formed during the long vacation, adjusted my work status as quickly as possible, and devoted myself to work with full enthusiasm. I know that production and construction is an industry that requires teamwork and excellence, and every position is crucial. Therefore, my team and I rely on our responsibilities to strengthen communication and collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operation of all work.
During the resumption of work, we have focused on improving the professional skills and quality of our employees and organized a series of training activities covering drilling technology, safe operations and other aspects. The training not only enhances employees' skill levels, but also improves their knowledge and understanding of work, infusing new vitality into the company's development.

We always follow the model of learning more from going out and inviting more experts regarding human resources training. In order to make the training more influential, we invite relevant government departments to the company to provide guidance and training to employees, so as to further improve the overall quality of employees and enable them to better apply what they have learned at work.
The company also focuses on stimulating employees' work enthusiasm and creativity. My team and I encourage employees to put forward their opinions and suggestions and actively participate in the work. Through brainstorming, the problems in the work have been solved to the greatest extent and the work efficiency and quality have been improved.
My team and I devoted ourselves wholeheartedly to our work during the company's resumption of work. This not only shows our love for this job, but also our commitment and responsibility for this job. For this reason, I feel deep in my heart a great sense of accomplishment. Seeing each position and each process proceed smoothly, I feel our efforts have not been in vain.
