2018年6月28日，中國石油聯(lián)盟主席李丕龍、神州聯(lián)合能源控股（北京）有限公司副總經(jīng)理施鳳成，東營明德石油科技有限公司總經(jīng)理于敦源、中天油石油天然氣有限公司董事長張苓、國能環(huán)科油田事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理張一清一行到訪公司。董事長總經(jīng)理李月廷主持會(huì)議，公司國際事業(yè)部經(jīng)理張永斌、總地質(zhì)師蔣福修、中石大（新疆）研究院院長苗萬中、副總工程師苗紅生、泥漿總監(jiān)沈衛(wèi)平參加了會(huì)議。
為了加快推動(dòng)車臣項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)展，中國石油聯(lián)盟、正通油氣及中石大（新疆）研究院三方召開了這次專題討論會(huì)。對(duì)前期工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，對(duì)車臣項(xiàng)目增產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、勘探項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)工作、目前設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備及推進(jìn)情況進(jìn)行了部署和交流。
聯(lián)盟主席李丕龍指出，正通油氣要盡快做好項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)工作；派駐車臣員工要掌握好方式方法，務(wù)必要把我們的施工理念灌輸給當(dāng)?shù)貑T工，掌握政策靈活應(yīng)對(duì)，及時(shí)匯報(bào)工作動(dòng)態(tài)。
會(huì)議還討論和交流了其他事項(xiàng)。
